Wishaw Diversions - Saturday 11th July 2026

Due to an event taking place in Wishaw Town Centre on Saturday 11th July, some of our services will be significantly altered between 10:00 and 15:30.

Due to various road closures, Service 93 will NOT be able to operate at all on Saturday.  

Service 41 will be diverted between Waterloo and Wishaw General Hospital.  Buses will operate from Waterloo roundabout via Overtown, Castlehill Road and Netherton Street, re-joining the normal route at Heathery roundabout.  This diversion will be followed in both directions. 

Service 42 will operate the same diversion as the 41, but will not serve Waterloo - buses will run direct from Overtown via Castlehill Road in both directions.

We anticipate that there will be traffic delays along the diversion route as this will also be used by all traffic which is affected by the town centre road closures.  Therefore, please allow extra time for your journeys.

If roads re-open earlier than planned, or remain closed longer than expected, we will keep customers informed on our Facebook page.
