Vacancy: Office Administrator

We are looking for an Office Administrator to join our team. 

The role will be to perform general
administrative duties and provide support to the business as required. To
process day to day accounting information on sage accounts and process wages on
sage payroll.

  • Answering
    general queries by telephone
  • Maintaining
    records using Microsoft Office Suite
  • Must be
    able to create spreadsheet, databases and have excellent computer skills
  • Human
    Resources - completing contracts, keeping records up to date
  • Previous Sage
    Accounts/Payroll experience would be beneficial
  • Coach
    hire pricing/record keeping - training will be provided.
  • Must have excellent
    customer service/communication skills
  • Be highly
    organised

We are flexible and can offer a 4 or 5 day working week for this position.

Job Type:
Permanent

Salary:
£24,000.00-£27,000.00 per year depending on experience

Hours of work: Day shift, primarily office hours but needs to be flexible to meet business requirements

Experience: Administrative experience (1 year or more) preferred

Work Location: On-site at the depot in Newmains
