You can purchase a child ticket at a discounted rate if you are aged 15 or under. When you reach your 16th birthday, the adult fare applies. 

If you are not travelling in school uniform then please make sure you carry a form of ID with you when travelling as our drivers may ask to see proof of age for you purchase a child ticket.

Our great value child daysaver ticket is only £1.50 and offers you unlimited travel across our network (except Service 47) on the day of purchase. You can buy this from the driver on the bus, paying by cash or contactless.

Young Scot Fares

If you are aged between 16 and 18 and hold a Young Scot card, you can get 33% off the adult single fare. Simply scan your card on the ticket machine when you board the bus.

If you are purchasing any other type of ticket, you will have to pay the adult fare from your 16th birthday onwards.
